We, do new year's resolution in September 
Our ears are bleeding from what we hear every day 
and you still want to put your Christmas  lights on 

Speak the way the talk to you 
Never initiate conversation
Look at your screen 
Count to ten 
Breath 
and again. 
Repeat the phrase while you walk 

And somewhere between red velvets 
and manic nights you lose it and you find what you've already knew

In vicious circles we still roll.
